What is an RFX?

RFX stands for sourcing documents that begin with the two words, "Request For." For example, Requests For Information (RFIs), Requests For Quotation (RFQs) and Requests For Proposal (RFPs) are examples of RFX's.

What is Aestiva RFX?

Aestiva RFX is an automation product that manages sourcing for projects that may include the issuing of RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to potential suppliers.

RFX's can include attachments to and from the supplier, multiple choice questions, open text questions, requests for pricing, and more.

The Top RFX systems include the scoring of open text questions, side-by-side comparisons, score weighting, the ability to assign awards and flip the winning RFQs into Purchase Orders.
