Aestiva MailDesk is a stand-alone web-based email client. Users use MailDesk to read, compose, and send email from their desktops.

Aestiva MailDesk is an experimental product. It is designed around two concepts; First, that email in business is not the same as personal email and second, that email in a business needs more transparency, team elements, and process definitions.

Aestiva is using the first generation of Aestiva MailDesk internally. Over time, Aestiva will be expanding the product to take advantage of the "non-personal" nature of email. The product currently supports business queues. It will expanded, later this year, with "team" elements.
