How long does it take to get set up?
Smart Office accounts typically take a few hours during regular
business hours to provision and activate.
Are new accounts verified?
Yes. Accounts are subject to verification of a valid
phone number, organization, and organization Web domain, before activation.
Who provides support for my Smart Office account?
Webigami Smart Office accounts are supported by
any business-approved 2nd Party Primary Contact (Designer). Payments for the account can
be made by the owner of the account, or the Designer.
As a Designer, how do I get support?
As a Designer, you are assigned an Account Coordinator and can call us
during regular business hours, for customer support.
As a Designer, can I charge for additional support?
Yes. Aestiva does not provide end-user support. As a Designer you are encouraged to charge $15 to $35 per month
per user for end-user customer support.
As a Designer, can I resale Webigami Smart Office?
Aestiva has reseller programs for Designers. Call for details.
How many organizations can share a single account?
In general, one account is needed per organization. However an organization may have multiple
legal entities in a single account.
How many sheets and solutions can be hosted in an account?
There are no limits placed on the number of smart office sheets and applications you
can host in a single smart office account.
Who owns Webigami?
Webigami and Webigami Smart Office are owned,
developed and supported by Aestiva, Inc. of Lakewood Ranch,
Florida.
Is Aestiva a US Company?
Yes. All Aestiva staff, technology, and
data centers are located in the US.
Do accounts provide email services?
Smart Office accounts are not a substitute for
company email. However, accounts send out email and text messages and notifications and
they can be configured to pick up email.
Can accounts integrate with external systems?
Yes. Smart Office accounts include systems integration tools
for sending data back and forth between it and
externally located systems regardless of the
operating system and structure of the external system.
Who owns my data?
Customers retain ownership of all data in their Smart Office account. For your protection,
Aestiva makes no claims of ownership of any data stored in Smart Office accounts.
Can I change dealers?
You can move between dealers at any time.
How many authorized dealers can I have?
Smart Office accounts can have only one dealer assigned to it
at a time.
How do I change my authorized dealer?
To move dealers simply email or call Aestiva and give us the name of your new dealer.
How much storage do I get in an account?
Standard accounts have fifty gigabytes of storage for the live (production)
account and another fifty gigabytes available a test (staging) account.
Can non-staff access my account?
Non-staff cannot log into your account. However, non-staff can fill out forms, approve documents, and access your account as a "guest" and as an "anonymous" user. You can use the account to provide customer portals, website forms, eSignatures, and more.
Do I pay for website users and other non-staff?
No. Non-staff, which are users who cannot log into your account, are not counted as Named Users.
However, they do count when calculating the concurrency limit of your account.
How are Smart Office accounts priced?
Smart Office Accounts are priced based on capacity. A base account includes 50Gig of
storage. Account storage can be extended with (i) terabytes of external storage and (ii) by
adding Webigami storage. Call for details.

Is hosting 24/7/365?
In general, yes. However, at times there can be planned outages
and there can also be emergencies -- although emergencies happen on average less
than once every ten years per customer.
Is transmission secure?
Smart Office accounts only operate with HTTPS.
Do you use or sell my data?
Aestiva does not sell or share its data with others firms, governments, or entities
without court order. Your data is strictly used in the maintenance and support of
your account.
Do you have an SLA?
Aestiva has an SLA and will provide it upon request. No signature is required.
Just a PO or a verified order is needed for purchase.
Is your hosting compliant?
Aestiva's data center, ServerFarm (https://www.serverfarmllc.com) has SOC 2. Aestiva provides HIPAA and NIST
compliance for Smart Office. Call for details.
Can I move my solution on-premise if I start out on the cloud?
No. Smart Office is cloud-only.
