Aestiva Change Order

Aestiva Change Order is a Power Office add-on for managing the "Change Order" business process.

This add-on gives the user the ability to initiate a chage order. Once initiated, a new version of the form can be created, submitted and approved.
Once approved, this add-on will apply the necessary revisions to the updated Power Office form, log the change order, and replace the original order with the updated order.

This product is often used with Purchase Order and Contract Approval Request forms.

Did you know?
Change Order processes, like the one defined here, are often unnecessary. Power Office includes edit-after-approval authority controls and a full-audit trail. As such, change order processes can often be handled as exceptions. On the other hand, if your contracts are re-issued often, then the change order process is no longer an exception. In this last case, your change order process is best managed with this add-on.
