Aestiva LiveHelp

Aestiva LiveHelp is a stand-alone text chat utility for managing text-based support between a set of agents and users on a web site.

The product is currently deployed on web sites throughout the world. The product is delivered in different languages.

The LiveHelp agent logs into a special portal where they can pick up incoming requests for chat. A single agent can have many one-on-one chats with web site users simultaneously.

Although there is no limit to the number of simultaneous chats, few agents are able to chat with more than five users at once without experiencing confusion.
