Aestiva licenses its software two ways; with name-based pricing, as shown on the previous screen, and with transaction-based pricing, as shown below. You will want to select the pricing method that works best for you. With the Everyone Plan you do not pay for users. Your price is based on the number of Purchase Orders you submit annually. When do I want an Everyone Plan? The Everyone Plan is recommended for deployments where your entire organization needs the ability to submit purchase orders and/or requisitions. The Everyone Plan is also an affordable option for organizations with many users who, in total, do not process many purchase orders. How much does the Everyone Plan cost? Everyone Plans are calculated at $16,495 plus a one-time fee based on the number of POs you process annually, plus a one-time fee for integration work, if any. Price quotes are provided upon request.
