Answers What time does training start? Training starts promptly at 9am. It ends at 4pm. Top Do I need to bring anything with me? Aestiva will provide you a computer and all the software you need, preinstalled and ready to go. Aestiva prefers you do not bring a computer or accessories to training so your are not disturbed during your studies. Top Can I bring a project to work on? Yes. We encourage students to bring a project they wish to start and/or complete during their training. If you will be bringing a project to training, print out the design specs for your project in advance before arriving to training, so your project can be easily viewed and reviewed by your trainer during training. Top Can I work after-hours on my project? Yes. The software installed for you will be accessible via a browser after you leave class. If you have internet access from your hotel, you will be able to work on your project outside of class hours. Top Will I be receiving course materials? Yes. Courses include printed materials to help guide you during your training process. The H200 and P200 courses include copies of Advanced Web Sites Made Easy and Advanced Web Software Made Easy for you to keep after training. Courses also include printed guides and miscellaneous materials to help you during and after your training. Top Why are courses conducted in Torrance? Aestiva Training mimics the way Aestiva trains its own staff when it hires new production programmers. As such, to come as close as possible to the process Aestiva uses for its own staff, we require students come to Torrance and train on site at Aestiva. We feel anything less would not work as well. Top Will I get personal attention? Yes. Classes are two to seven people. They are kept small, so you receive the highest degree of personal attention. Top
