Footprint

The footprint of Aestiva LiveHelp (the hard-disk space used by LiveHelp) is spread between disk space used for (1) the HTML/OS engine, (2) HTML and LiveHelp application files and (3) system cache files (files used during program execution).

Aestiva's binary engine (which includes two binary executables) takes about 2 Megabytes. Application files take another 4 Megabytes. Space occupied by Aestiva's system caching files vary depending on chat activity. The more chat sessions per day, the more hard-disk space is used.
