Level 3: Premium Support

Premium Support refers to support programs tailored to your needs. The following can be adjusted to create a support program that fits your needs:
  • Term
  • Operating Hours
  • On-Site Staffing
  • Application/Technology Knowledge Requirements
  • Anticipated Support Volume
The Premium Support contract is appropriate for the following situations:
  • You are located outside of the Americas and want support
    to match your operating hours.
  • You want after-hours emergency support.
  • You have an upcoming initiative and want high-volume support during the initiative period.
  • You want a support response of 0 to 60 minutes.
  • You have policies that require special terms be added to Aestiva's standard support contract.

Pricing
Premium Support requires a deposit of $2,500 to cover legal, setup, and communications costs incurred during the setup of the relationship. Unused portions of the fee are applied as a credit to the Premium Support contract upon successful conclusion of a Premium Support engagement. In the event the Premium Support contract is not finalized, unused portions of the deposit are returned.
