Everyone Plan Licensing
The recommended plan for company-wide deployments.
Aestiva licenses its software two ways; with name-based pricing, as
shown on the previous screen, and with transaction-based pricing, as
shown below. You will want to select the pricing method that works best for you.
With the Everyone Plan you do not pay for users. Your price is based
on the number of Purchase Orders you submit annually.
When do I want an Everyone Plan?
The Everyone Plan is recommended for deployments where your entire
organization needs the ability to submit purchase orders and/or requisitions. The Everyone Plan is also an affordable option for organizations with
many users who, in total, do not process many purchase orders.
Special Higher-Level Support
When you select an Everyone Plan you get a support plan tailored
to enterprise-wide deployments. Any and all of the
following is available to you:
Professional Support for integrating
your application with authentication services such
as Active Directory or LDAP.
Professional Support for supporting high transaction
volumes.
Professional Support to help with
systems integration tasks.
Professional Support and special licensing
for staff interested in building office applications with
Aestiva Purchase Order's underlying technology.
How much does the Everyone Plan cost?
Everyone Plans start at a one-time cost of $12,995 plus
an annual support retainer that ranges between 16 and
18 percent. Price quotes are provided upon request.
