The Aestiva Everyone Plan Recommended for low-transaction enterprise deployments. Aestiva provides special licensing for deployments with many users but a low number of transactions. This pricing option is called the Aestiva "Everyone Plan." You will want the Everyone Plan if you have hundreds or even thousands of users, but only a few thousand transactions annually. With the Everyone Plan, your product can be made available to everyone in your organization but, instead of paying for user licenses, your cost is based on "transaction capacity" -- the number of forms you process annually. Everyone Plan licenses, like Aestiva's name-based product licenses, are perpetual (one-time). There are no recurring license fees. With an Everyone Plan, a product that processes 2,000 forms annually is priced higher than the product that processes 1,000 forms annually but the two products, whether they have 200 or 2,000 users, are priced the same. How much does the Everyone Plan cost? To calculate the one-time price of a product with an Everyone Plan you sum two numbers; a base price and a transaction price. The base price is equal to the price of a 150-user version of the same product when priced with Aestiva's standard name-based pricing. The transaction price is based on the capacity of your system, i.e. the number of Expense Report forms you wish to process annually. This one-time fee is zero for the first 1,000 forms/year of transaction capacity, $4 per form/year for the next 1,001 to 2,500 forms/year, plus $1 per form/year of thereafter. The fee is equal to the difference in price between the product at new and old transaction levels. Using the examples above, the price to upgrade a system with a 1,000 trans/yr capacity to one with a 2,500 trans/yr capacity would be $6,000. You will not incur other costs.
