Partner Training

Aestiva partners have access to educational training to ensure a high level of service to new and existing Aestiva customers. The following is available:
  • Technical Training
    Partners who wish to provide independent-level support to Aestiva customers can complete a technical training program to ensure adequate knowledge of HTML/OS Programming and Power Office administration. Upon successful completion of the training program, the partner can provide independent-level support to Aestiva customers.

  • Sales Training
    Partners can complete a sales training program to ensure adequate knowledge of Aestiva products and to ensure independent sales representatives adhere to the highest levels of honesty and integrity.

  • Continued Learning
    Certified partners may be required to attend continued sales or technical training to keep their knowledge current.

To become a certified reseller you will need to complete training. Ask your Aestiva Partner Manager for details.
