The process below demonstrates
how Aestiva's production department converts a paper form into an
enterprise application.

Aestiva starts by taking your paper form or spreadsheet and
transforming it into an electronic prototype. Standard HTML
coding is used. The prototypes below are examples of
electronic forms created from paper forms.
Aestiva places the prototype created above into Power Office.
Logic is applied to each of the elements of the screen and
components are linked to reporting and approval systems - resulting
in a functional electronic form. This step plus step #1
is delivered in one week. The screen below is taken from a functional application.
Aestiva begins product training one week after delivery of the
first version of your application. Topics reviewed include how
to load data, set up users, define approval flow, and set up reports.

Aestiva works with you to conduct tests, intial trials and
final deployment. Aestiva's end-to-end support ensures
deployments are conducted with a minimum of problems. Installation
of Power Office on to your equipment is done using a packaging
utility that reduces install time to less than an hour.
