Aestiva RFX - Enterprise Pricing

Aestiva licenses its software two ways; with Name-based pricing, as shown on the previous screen, and with Enterprise pricing, as shown below. You will want to select the pricing method that works best for you.

What is Enterprise pricing?
With Enterprise pricing you do not pay for users. You can have as many users as you like on the single product. With an "Enterprise Installation" you typically deploy the product so your entire enterprise has access to it.

Enterprise installations are typically tied to a centralized AD or LDAP server or a special "Identity" server. Licensing is based on the number of anticipated annual transactions.

When do I want Enterprise pricing?
The Enterprise edition of Aestiva RFX is recommended for deployments where large parts of your entire organization need the ability to submit requests for quotes.

What is Enterprise-level support?
When you select an Enterprise license you also get the following:
  • Professional Support for integrating your application with authentication services such as Active Directory or LDAP (if applicable).
  • Professional Support for supporting high transaction volumes (if applicable).
  • Professional Support to help with systems integration tasks (if applicable).
  • Professional Support and special licensing for staff interested in building office applications with Aestiva RFX's underlying technology (if applicable).

How much does Enterprise pricing cost?

Annual support retainers are 16 percent of purchase.
