Aestiva licenses its software two ways; with name-based pricing (names user capacity), as shown on the previous screen, and with transaction-based pricing (annual transaction capacity), as shown below. You will want to select the pricing method that works best for you. When do I want an Everyone Plan? The Everyone Plan is (i) appropriate for organizations with over 250 users who, in total, do not process many expense reports and it is appropriate for (ii) larger installations with thousands of users. How much does the Everyone Plan cost? Everyone Plans cost $15,995 one-time plus a one-time fee based on the number of expense reports you process annually, plus a one-time fee for integration work, if any. Price quotes are provided upon request. The Everyone Plan, like other Aesdtiva products, is sold under a perpetual license. There are no license fees.
