Level 2: Professional Support

Professional Support meets the needs of customers with Professional Service needs. Professional Support is recommended for Aestiva Customers:
*With Professional Support work is billed in 30 minute increments. Without Professional Support, projects must be quoted. Fixed-quote projects have a two-day minimum, non fixed-quote projects have a one-day minimum.

What you get
  • P1 and HTML/OS programming services.
  • Custom component programming.
  • Custom reports programming.
  • Server-side administration support.
  • Four-hour turn-around during Aestiva's standard hours.

    Pricing
    Total costs when purchasing Professional Support are similar to Product Support. They range between 16 and 25% of product cost. With Professional Support however, that cost is applied to software upgrades and service costs, which are separately itemized. See below.

    Moving from Product to Professional Support
    To move from Product Support to Professional Support Aestiva cancels the Product Support and applies 1/2 of the unused portions of Product Support to your Professional Support retainer and the other 1/2 to Software Upgrades for the remainder of the term.
