The cost of a Power Office solution includes (1) the cost of a Power Office engine and (2) the cost of Professional Services. Costs shown below cover Aestiva's setup, deployment and training processes, application support for one year, and software licenses. There are no annual recurring software license fees. Annual Professional Support and Software Upgrade contracts available. See "Estimated Cost for Additional Years" section below for pricing. 1. Estimating your Power Office licensing cost. One-Form Power Office Software License POF-50U $5,495 (Up to 50 users) Plus $149 per additional user. POF-150U $12,995 (Up to 150 users) Plus $99 per additional user. POF-300U $24,995 (Up to 300 users) Plus $89 per additional user. POF-ENT $37,995 (Up to 5,000 users) Call for large-scale systems. Note: If you already have a Power Office system then you do not need to pay for the software license again. If the license needs to be extended, then the extension is billed at the difference in cost. Call your Aestiva Account Coordinator for details. Multi-Form Extensions  Add $1,500 for a two form system.  Add $2,500 for a three form system.  Add $5,000 for a twenty-five form system. Estimating your Professional Services cost. Forms include automated and/or ad-hoc approval workflow, administrative tools, audit trail, and search/navigation tools. A "Tool" is a screen that quickly guides the user through a series of steps (a business process) resulting in the placement/transfer of information from/to one or more Forms. A "Custom Report" is a custom-programmed report that analyzes data stored on Forms. (Product includes report-writer. Custom reports needed only for reports that require special programming). Your cost for year #1. Your first year cost is your cost for Power Office Software Licensing as shown above, plus your cost for Professional Services as shown above, plus in-house costs, if any (see below). Estimating costs for additional years. To estimate cost for each additional year: Add 8-10% of your license cost for an optional support program, plus 8-10% of the license cost to cover an optional software upgrade program. Use the following to help you estimate in-house costs: Your solution can be placed on in-house servers or they can be hosted at off-site at hosting providers. For systems with less than 50-100 users a dedicated server is not needed. For larger systems a dedicated server is recommended, although typically only one server is needed, even if you have over 1,000 users. Aestiva assumes you have one part-time person dedicated to working with Aestiva during the setup process. That person should dedicate 25% to 50% of their time during the deployment process. Deployments take about six weeks. Your solution will most likely require no ongoing IT overhead other than the need to have the system installed and backed up. Expect one or two hours for installation. No DBAs, IT specialists, or server specialists are needed for day-to-day or month-to-month operation. The solution can be managed entirely by the product administrator. Aestiva does assume you know how to administer a server. If you need help Aestiva offers Professional Services to help.
